Helsinki – CFI is pleased to announce they acted as exclusive financial advisor to JPT-Industria in its sale to Tornum, a subsidiary of Volati.
JPT-Industria is a Finland-based designer and manufacturer of feed mills, fertiliser plants, food plants, and renewable energy equipment for customers around the world.
Tornum is a Sweden-based leading supplier of turn-key solutions for grain handling. The acquisition expands the offering for both companies and strengthens the market position in the Nordic region.
