K&H Geotechnical, a geotechnical engineering and testing services operator in the construction industry has been acquired by a Private Investor Group

Brisbane – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as financial advisor to K&H Geotechnical in the sale of their business to a Private Investor Group.

K&H Geotechnical offers engineering advice and testing services on construction materials for the construction and mining industry throughout Australia.

The Private Investor group is made up of a consortium of shareholders from the construction materials industry.
