Miljöhallen AB has been sold to Herenco
Gothenburg – CFI Sweden is pleased to announce that they acted as financial advisor and project manager to Miljöhallen AB on its sale to Herenco.
Miljöhallen AB, founded in 1976, is one of Sweden’s largest floor contractors based in Jönköping. The customer offering consists of a total contract for larger real estate projects in both industrial and residential properties. Customers are for the most part major building contractors such as NCC, PEAB, Skanska and others.
Herenco is an independent and family-run holding company that through careful acquisitions creates, develops and refines companies and brands. Miljöhallen will be managed and developed by Herenco Invest AB, a wholly owned subsidiary of Herenco.
The transaction closed on 3 March 2020.
