Tokyo – Frontier Management Inc. (CFI Japan) is pleased to announce that they acted as financial advisor to MITSUBISHI STEEL MFG in the acquisition of Gebrüder Ahle.
MITSUBISHI STEEL MFG engages in the manufacture and sale of special steels, spring, casting and forging materials, and machinery.
Gebrüder Ahle designs, produces and sells of various kinds of springs used for automotives, etc.
