Tokyo – Frontier Management Inc. (CFI Japan) is pleased to announce that they acted as financial advisor to Nippon Antenna Co., Ltd. in the acquisition of Suzhou Aeon Tech Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Wha Yu Industrial Co., Ltd.
Suzhou Aeon Tech Co. Ltd. manufactures electronic connectors. The Company manufactures and sells computer cables, network peripheral cables, and wireless cables. Suzhou Aeon Tech also provides electronic cables peripheral products. Suzhou Aeon Tech, established in 2003, is a sub-subsidiary of Wha Yu group.
Tokyo-based Nippon Antenna develops and produces telecommunications-, information network- and security equipment like antennas for cellular phones, official emergency notice systems, radio system for disaster, digital MCA radio system for the distribution industry.
Nippon Antenna is operating one step ahead of the times, taking the lead in the market by executing installation work for, among others, prevention measures for TV electromagnetic interference, MATV, CATV, satellite communication, radio communication, and a communal receiving system for hight-rise buildings.
