Nutrisens has acquired Glutamine
Paris, Cascais – CFI France and CFI Portugal acted as exclusive financial advisors of Nutrisens in their acquisition of Glutamine.
Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Vila do Conde, Glutamine is a reference Portuguese supplier of gluten free goods, products intended to serve several metabolic pathologies, and more recently and aesthetic and cosmetic products.
Glutamine’s main objective was to serve the gluten free market whose variety and diversity of products were considerably low, as well as consumers’ ease of access. In this area, the Company represents in Portugal the brands Hammer Mühle, 3 Pauly, Bezgluten, Celiane and Harisin. A few years later, the Company opted to diversify its range of products by starting to offer goods intended for the treatment of various pathologies in the metabolic area, namely mixtures of amino acids and lipoprotein products through the brands Vitaflo, Taranis, Bezgluten e Harifen.
