Brisbane – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as M&A advisor to Playworks in the sale of their business to Rhino Play, a portfolio company of Redwood North.
Playworks designs, manufactures and installs unique, quality playground equipment and playspaces. The business was founded over 30 years ago and has a diverse client base including landscape architects, councils, schools, early childhood centres, shopping centres and developers.
RhinoPlay supplies commercial playground equipment across Australia, New Zealand and Asia. RhinoPlay is a market leader in commercial playgrounds.
