Reducate EdTech Group has acquired Oxford Medical
Cardiff – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Reducate on its acquisition of Oxford Medical.
Reducate EdTech Group is a prominent player in online professional continuing education. Serving over 175,000 professionals across more than 40 different professionals with eCPE. Committed to making the world a better place through skilled professionals, Reducate provides mission-critical training through a comprehensive offing over over 2,500 high-quality e-learning courses.
Founded in 2004, Oxford Medical is celebrating it’s 20th year of professional skills development for doctors. The organisation offers a broad range of online training programs and courses. Their courses are independently assessed and validated, with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) certificates, highlighting the quality and reliability of their offerings. Additionally, their leadership programs are accredited by the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management (FMLM). Named one of the top five companies in the UK for training and development of medical professionals by the prestigious Healthcare Business Review, Oxford Medical has more than 2,000 verified reviews and an ‘Excellent’ rating on Trustpilot, making it a leader in customer satisfaction.
With this acquisition, Reducate EdTech Group expands into the UK and takes a significant step towards becoming the European market leader in Online Continuing Professional Education (eCPE). Both parties expect that this acquisition will not only strengthen their existing service offerings but also create new international growth opportunities.
“The acquisition of Oxford Medical is a crucial step in our buy-and-build strategy. This allows us to expand our operations into the UK and strengthen out position in the European eCPE market,” says Henk Makaske, CEO of Reducate.
