Remondis acquired Ad Infinitum Recycling AB
Stockholm – CFI Sweden is pleased to announce it acted as the exclusive corporate finance advisor to Ad Infinitum Recycling AB on its sale to Remondis.
Ad Infinitum Recycling AB is based in Borås, and has operations in six locations in Sweden. Its core operations consist of collecting and processing business and household waste, as well as packaging materials from the trade. The founders Patrik Högström and Morgan Larsson will continue as managers of the company. The company has about 130 employees.
Remondis is a German family owned company with a history that stretches back over 80 years. Remondis is one of the world’s largest recycling, service and water companies.
