Saint-Gobain has sold part of its pipe activities to Nanjing Manyuan Technology
Shanghai – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Saint-Gobain in the sale of part of its pipe activities in China to Nanjing Manyuan Technology.
Founded in 1665, Saint-Gobain, the worldwide leader in light and sustainable construction, is present in 75 countries and listed on the stock markets in Paris, London, Frankfort, Zurich, Brussels, Amsterdam.
In this transaction, Saint Gobain sold its PAM activity at the industrial site of Xuzhou in China to local real estate developer, Nanjing Manyuan Technology.
This transaction closed on 30 December 2018.
