Superga Beauty has acquired Cosmeurop, a company producing perfume and personal care products, from L’Oreal Group
Paris – Corporate Finance International (’CFI’) is pleased to announce that they acted as exclusive financial advisor to Superga Beauty in the acquisition of Cosmeurop, a company producing perfume and personal care products, from L’Oreal Group.
Superga Beauty is a family-owned group specialised in subcontracting production of personal care products.
Cosmeurop is a production company of perfume and personal cares products, located in Strasbourg. The company has 160 employees and generated more than €100m of revenues in 2020.
L’Oréal Group is an international personal care company headquartered in Clichy, Hauts-de-Seine with a registered office in Paris. It is the world’s largest cosmetics company and has developed activities in the field concentrating on hair colour, skin care, sun protection, make-up, perfume, and hair care.
