T Capital Partners has sold the shares of Confex to Yamae Group
Tokyo – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to T Capital Partners in the sales of shares in Confex to Yamae Group.
T Capital Partners specializes in private equity investments, with a focus on high-performing medium- and small-sized companies that consistently deliver strong results.
Confex is a wholesale confectionery products business that produces cakes among other products. The acquirer is Yamae Group Holdings Co Ltd, based in Japan, primarily involved in businesses related to food, sugar and flour, feed and livestock, as well as housing and real estate.
