T-Gaia Corporation is a listed Japan-based company, engaged in the retail business of mobile phones, providing communication service and settlement service.
PC Technology Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company, engaged in call center services and providing IT solutions.
The transaction closed on 25 March 2019.
