Vestum has acquired a 100% share of the MCR companies
Gothenburg – Corporate Finance International (’CFI’) is pleased to announce that they acted as financial advisor to MCR in its sale to Vestum.
M.C.R. Mobile Container Repair AB is a set of sister companies composing of Glamco Containerservice AB, Conspect AB, and the real estate company Oceanterminalen Fastighetsförvaltning AB (“the MCR companies”).
The MCR companies were founded in 1983 and are a supplier specialising in container rental and related services. The companies offer various services such as repair, modification and rebuilding of containers. The operations are conducted outside the gate of Scandinavia’s largest container terminal, APM Terminals Gothenburg. The MCR companies generated sales of c. SEK 124m with an EBITA of c. SEK 30m during the last twelve months.
Vestum is a Swedish acquisition-driven company focused on acquiring and developing specialist companies within the segments Water, Services and Infrastructure. Their ambition is to grow to become the leading Nordic acquisition-driven company with a distinct focus on the construction services and infrastructure industries.
The transaction closed on 19 January 2022.
