Snackbytes has been sold to iO, a portfolio company of Waterland
Brussels – Corporate Finance International (‘CFI’) is pleased to announce that it acted as financial advisor to Snackbytes in its sale to iO (fmr. Intracto), a portfolio company of Waterland Private Equity Investments.
Snackbytes is a young and fast growing marketing agency creating content for social media. Among the founding shareholders were Steven Van Belleghem and Peter Hinssen.
Snackbytes was approached by iO to further complement its service offering as digital marketing agency. The existing shareholdes were offered the opportunity to reinvest part of the proceeds in iO.
The transaction closed in September 2018.
