Brussels – Corporate Finance International (‘CFI’) is pleased to announce that they acted as exclusive financial advisor to Cornelis-Adriaenssens in its sale in an MBI transaction.
Cornelis-Adriaenssens is a family business that has been preparing high-quality potato and vegetable preparations for over 30 years. In their own kitchen in Schoten, near Antwerp, they prepare delicious dishes and fresh vegetable preparations, such as red cabbage, stew, various types of vegetable stews (vegetable puree), raw vegetables, potato salads, lasagne and rice pudding.
The transaction closed on 1 December 2020.
