LV panel provider Harries Automation & Control has been acquired by Vinci Energies
Cardiff – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Harries Automation & Control on its sale to VINCI.
Established in 1994, Harries Automation & Control (HAC Group) is a provider of design, build and maintain services for LV panels and control systems, delivered from its sites in Llanelli, Wales and Honiton, England. It has strong established relationships with OEMs and distributors built up over nearly 30 years of existence.
Vinci Energies UK & Republic of Ireland operates through its industry brand, Actemium. With over 100 years of history, they have a powerful global network entirely dedicated to the industrial process.
This transaction enhances the services offered by Vinci Energies, and will complement their existing successful businesses in Gloucester, establishing a strong network in the South West of England & Wales.
