Alain Le Floch has nearly 40 years of experience in the agri-food industry. Throughout his career, he has led major transformations within leading companies, both in France and internationally.
A graduate of Arts et Métiers Engineering School and INSEAD, Alain began his career at the Saint-Gobain Group in eastern France. He then took on industrial and supply chain management roles at Chocolat Poulain, before moving into a global position at Cadbury Schweppes. He later served as CEO of Malteurop, a major player in the global malt industry, and then of Champagne Céréales, one of France’s key agricultural cooperatives. He was instrumental in the merger between Champagne Céréales and Nouricia, which led to the formation of the Vivescia Group, where he was appointed CEO. He went on to lead the cooperative Terrena as CEO and also served as interim CEO of Tipiak, a well-known French food company.
