Fonte Viva (www.fonteviva.com.pt) is a Portuguese company, the Iberian Market Leader for the sale, distribution and technical support of water and coffee equipment to the office channel. Their activity was launched 16 years ago and they have more than 80,000 units rented in the market.
Refreshjump is a Portuguese company dedicated to several activities, including water cooler rentals to offices.
Refreshjumb hired CFI Portugal as their exclusive financial advisor for the sale of the water coolers business segment. The transaction was closed in 2 months.
