Lisbon – CFI is pleased to announce that they acted as exclusive financial advisor to Contisystems acquired the clients’ portfolio of Ideias XL, a local Customer Communications Management specialist.
Contisystems is an end-to-end provider of personalised customer communications products and services such as costumer communications management and payment solutions.
Ideias XL is a company located in the Northern region of Portugal and dedicated to customer communications management.
After the successful sale of both their envelopes and forms production units to Copidata, as a result of their intentions to focus on their core businesses, they decided to acquire the clients’ portfolio from Ideias XL, increasing the market share of their CCM business unit with a portfolio of relevant and reputed clients.
