Premier Forest Group has acquired distributor of panel and sheet products North East Sheets and Panels
Cardiff – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as lead financial advisor to Premier Forest Group on its acquisition of NESP.
Premier Forest Group is one of the UK’s largest timber business covering importation, sawmilling, processing, merchanting and wholesale distribution of timber in the UK.
Established in 1997, North-East Sheets & Panels is a specialist manufacturer and supplier of made-to-measure doors, panels, cabinets and worktops to trade customers and retailers in the fitted kitchen, bathroom and bedroom sectors. The business is based in County Durham.
North-East Sheets & Panels’ capabilities in CNC machining and joinery complement Premier Forest Group’s other subsidiary, Decorpanel, in their specialised panel processing. This means that Premier Forest can further expand into the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom sector, in residential, commercial and public sector markets.
