Recambios Santiagueses has been acquired by AD Grupo Regueira
Madrid – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Recambios Santiagueses in its acquisition by AD Grupo Regueira.
Founded in 1987 in Santiago de Compostela, Recambios Santiagueses is a multi-brand distributor specialising in industrial and agricultural spare parts, including oils and greases, small machinery and tools, with more than 40,000 references. Recambios Santiagueses has 27 employees and 5,000 square metres of facilities in Galicia.
AD Grupo Regueira, founded in 1965, is a group dedicated to the distribution of spare parts and workshop equipment, mainly for passenger cars. It is also present in the distribution of industrial vehicle spare parts, mainly through the points of sale it operates under the Calvo brand. AD Grupo Regueira is part of the automotive spare parts distribution group AD Parts.
This acquisition is part of the expansion strategy, both organic and through acquisitions, that AD Grupo Regueira has been developing, increasing its presence in the industrial spare parts market and starting its activity in the agricultural and forest spare parts market.
