Background

CFI Sweden is an M&A boutique, advising in ownership matters and managing transactions with an international focus. Since its inception in 2004, CFI Sweden has closed over 100 deals, and has become one of the leading Swedish banks for mid-sized transactions.

As advisors with expertise based on our own experience of owning, operating and selling our own businesses, we have a genuine understanding of owner-led companies. Based on structured processes, we tailor our assignments with the aim of achieving optimal results – whether it be a change of ownership or an acquisition. In close to 50 % of our transactions there is an international actor on one side.

Our core service offerings include: Sell-side Advisory, Acquisition Advisory, Ownership Planning, Financial Advisory and Valuations or Fairness Opinions. Our offices in Sweden are Gothenburg, Stockholm and Malmö.
